acceptable stay
good view water body many eat outs bad staff no hospitality new towels
the location IS beautiful. I had a good view from the room overlooking the water body near THE hotel. It was easy to get food as there are many eat outs close by.
the staff were not good AT all. I felt there was no hospitality. My room was cleaned only once during the few days I wanted it clean. IT took hours to get new towels.

awesome stay!!!
beautiful area public transport satisfying breakfast nearby supermarket
The hotel sits in a beautiful area. public transport is really simple. I used the tram a lot. the included breakfast was very satisfying. A great way to start the day. the supermarket nearby had everything i needed. I was able to grab snacks and drinks easily.
The bathroom door was semi-transparent. It didn't block much sound at all.

Lunch and dinner had delicious options. The restaurant food was AMAZING!!! there are other places within walking distance, perfect for trying new cuisines near the waterfront. the sky bar had fantastic drinks and views.

The tram stop is within walking distance, easy to get to central station. the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. This was relaxing. i liked the supermarket being very close.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They assisted with directions. there was even a russian-speaking staff member at reception. questions were addressed quickly. A new kettle was brought to my room within minutes.

automatic light transparent door
The bathroom light switches on automatically when you approach. This is annoying because it always hits the face of a person lying on a bed. I was hoping to use the bathroom at night without waking my partner but it was impossible. Also the bathroom door provides almost no privacy it is just semi-transparent. It doesn't block any sound either

good selection nice bathroom good tram
the location is close to the tram. it takes about 20 mins to get to the city center. breakfast had a good diverse selection. the room size was good with a nice bathroom.
the air conditioning in my room was not very effective.
